Here is a Pull I found that could work for the Doors and the Drawers.
I made an attempt to draw it in the design.
I have made this concept drawing for the large interior drawer on the right side cabinet. My intent is to maximise the available space. You asked for three 4" wide compartments on each side. I am thinking that the inside depth of the drawer- 4.75" might be better served with two levels of storage so here is my idea.
The lower level will be as you asked: Three 4" wide compartments on each side. These dividers are are 2 inches high and are removable.
Then I would make three removable trays that can sit on top of the lower level dividers. These trays also have 2" storage depth and each tray has two 4' wide sections.
