The Sheet Music Cabinet will have a drawer pull shaped like a combination G and F Cleff.

I made this pull by first drawing the design, then fixing it to a piece of brass with double sided tape. The brass is then clamped in a milling machine vise.
I mill a 1/2 diameter recess with an end mill.
I replaced the counter sink with a smaller end mill and mill out the interior sections of the profile.
I replaced the 1/2" end mill with a counter sink and drill a hole for an 8-32 screw that will fix the Double Cleff Pull to the rest of the piece.
Once the interior lines are milled out, I take the work piece to the band saw and cut away the rest of the profile.
From this point onward it's all file-file file!
Now to the lathe where three different sized hex pieces are drilled and turned for the remaining sections of the mounting hardware.
The 1/4-20 goes through two 1-1/8th hex pieces and 1 3/4 hex piece.  The door section will be between the two larger pieces.
One end of the 1/2" hex is tapped for the 8-32 screw. The other end is tapped for a 1/4-20 screw.
